This job is suitable for those who are sales oriented. You will give consultation to high net worth clients who are businessmen and want to invest into property in Australia, New Zealand, USA. You will act as a professional sales person to give consultation about property project that clients will invest in. You will work with many project developers in Australia, New Zealand, USA and professional people from overseas.

- Good understanding of the Property Investment
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant majors/ Diploma in Real Estate Three to 10 years of relevant real estate experience, sales, business development (Preferably as Property/Real Estate Agents)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation skills, strong problem-solving skill is a must
- Excellent understanding of the Real Estate Global Market, Residential, Commercial property.
- Possess can-do attitude and result-oriented, people-oriented
- Possess strong Persuade skills, Sales skills (high-end services/products Sales background are acceptable)
- Strong Client management skills
- Wide network is a strong plus
- Dynamic, proactive, persistent, energetic
- Professional and Resilient, be able to cope with rejections
- Good understanding of the Real Estate Market
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant major
