Senior Project Facilitator

Main responsibilities
- Work in close collaboration and communication with other staffs of the project team, project partners,
and concerned organizations to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of project activity
- Coordination and implementation of the project activities.
- Build capacity for local partner project management.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on project activities and is supervised by Project Manager
- Cooperate directly with local partners, interact with team members and assist Project Manager
- Translation as required by supervisors

Qualification
- University graduate in relevant fields
- At least 3 years of proven working experience on relevant projects and community development
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Very good computer (MS-Excel, Word, etc.) and data analysis skills
- Project planning, implementing and report writing skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- High commitment to working for the vulnerable people such as children and the poor.
- Able to communicate and understand mind of ethnic minority communities and respect them
- Ability to travel and work at remote and mountainous areas
- Able and willing to work at weekends in case needed
