Mô tả công việc
· Drafting Letters, dispatches of Corporate correspondence for the Company;
· Review, draw up templates of commercial contracts / agreements to ensure Company's benefit and/or in compliance with the legal requirement;
· Dealing, negotiating with Landlords/Vendors for premises' Rent
· Liaison to association attorney for Legal aspects concerned Company's administration;
· To manage and tracking Company's legal documents /Premise rental contracts
· Managing the Correspondence and general information of the Company
· Follow up and work closely with contracted Lawyer(s) on the Legal Major issues
· Keeping Confidential Records and tracking information of the Association
· Brainstorming with high level of problem solving skills.
· Other legal requirements/supports within the Company designed by Line Manager or BOD

Yêu cầu ứng viên
· At least 3 year experiences in Legal Field (prefer have experiences in Malls)
· Sociable, careful and calm with co-operated Attitude is highly requested;
· Well-organized and multiple-tasks oriented under high pressure;
· Excellent team player, supportive mind-set with win-win solution concept;
· Positive problem analysis & solving, be able to deal with new challenges;
· High working knowledge of Computer Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint…)
Good command in English is a must (Reading, Writing);
· Sociable, careful and calm with co-operated Attitude is highly requested;
