Senior IT Recruiter

Staff Relation duties (30%):
• Procure, maintain and foster the best talent levels and employee job satisfaction in the company;
• Establish, develop and maintain HR policies;
• Be involved in staff training and development, staff assessments and promotions;
• Administer staff awards and contests, employee outings and events, disciplinary actions;
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Recruitment duties (70%):
• Having a good sense in identifying, approaching and attracting potential candidates;
- Creating a pool of candidates through recruiting activities, social networking, community organizations, and media channels.
• Screen CVs to shortlist the qualified candidates for the right positions and coordinate with team leaders/project managers/General Manager to arrange interviews and follow up the offers;
- Building up and maintaining good relationship with universities to support for recruiting activities.• Advertising, attracting candidates from both internal & external
• Searching candidates CVs from recruitment websites/social websites, …
• Contact/follow up candidates and update candidates’ status on Recruitment tool
• Preparing interview forms and related test materials
• Propose effective recruiting solutions/plan/strategy/estimation
• Build up HR network, industry network and suitable channels for recruitment to attract qualified candidates;
• Involve in the marketing activities to increase the company branding in IT professionals community for recruitment purposes;
• Develop and implement effective recruitment process and tools;
• Update and maintain candidate database, headcount tracking and staff movement records;
• Follow up closely with candidates prior to their joining and post joining till end of probation.

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES:

• Excellent English is a must;
• Having at least 1-2 year experience of recruitment in IT industry;
• Having at least 3 years experience in HR management & staff relation;
• Be a quick learner and comfortable to work in a challenging & fast-paced working environment;
• Having deadline commitment and good task management skill to cover full scope of works required;
• Having "can-do-attitude" and can work under high pressure;
• Detail - oriented is required;
• Good communication, team work and inter-personal skills;
• Positive attitude and warmth towards people.

- 13th payment
