Senior Education/ Immigration Consultant (Chuyên Viên Tư Vấn Du Học, Định Cư)

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide comprehensive consultative planning and solutions to overseas education, immigration and/or investment. This includes assisting clients with the preparation of required official documents and providing them with some basic training where required.
• Proactively provide after sales support and attend to customers queries / complains when necessary to maintain good long term relationships and ensure repeat business opportunities.
• Work with the marketing team in content creation for the company’s Vietnam online platforms.
• Required to be constantly updated on the latest news and policies related to education, immigration and property investment in selected overseas countries.
• Be a part of a multinational company with a dynamic work culture and good career advancement.
• Product training will be provided.

*Salary Range: $500 - 700 before tax and commission

• Bachelor degree in any discipline. Prior experience in studying abroad in Singapore or any western country will be an advantage.
• Possess minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience. Prior experience in private education, immigration or real estate will be an advantage.
• Possess an outgoing and approachable personality with the ability to work both independently and as a team.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and written skills in both English and Vietnamese with an IELTS score of at least 5.0.
