Senior Digital Planning Manager

Number of vacancies: 2

1. Main duties:
a. Develop & present digital proposal to achieve client’s campaign objective
b. Manage campaign performance, with support of campaign magement team (execution team), channel experts and social team
c. Manage report (weekly, monthly and post-campaign reports) and provide learning, insight and recommedation for next campaign

2. Secondary duties:
a. Identify potential clients, together with sales / account team
b. Study the industry which potential client is operating in, find the common industry challenges and develop solution to tackle those
c. Proactively engage and study client’s pain points and design a plan to solve them
d. Provide quaterly update about new news in Digital and/or digital training to key clients

1. Two to three years at Digital Planning Manager role or above, historical work experiences at global agency is an advanage
2. Broad knowledge about digital media channels, platforms (Pay per clicks & Programmatic), social and e-commerce
3. Must have deep knowledge and experience of or interest in at least one digital media channel
4. Either strong digital experiences of Consumer Goods and/or high-involvement products (or branding vs. performance solution) is an advantage
5. Having Marketing/Brand/Research background is an advantage

Skills requirements:
Hard Skills:
• Advanced level of PPT & Excel
• Presentation: Short & simple, relevant, insightful & able to speak “client’s language”
• Able to use third party measurements (comScore, Google Analytics, etc….)
• Advanced English level is an advantage

Soft-Skills:
• Communciation skill: Deep listening & able to communicate with client, speaking “client’s language”
• Teamwork & Work well with cross-functional teams
• Well manage time & quality
