Senior Business Analyst (Insurance) - Immediate - Based in HCMC

Our client is the world’s largest insurance group by total assets.

Its HCMC center is one of the new IT Hubs for their local business and work as well with international branches located in other countries.

Position:

Your main responsibilities are to gather functional requirements, design, develop and document solutions, with a focus on the integration of tech solutions in the insurance claims enterprise application ecosystem.

- Responsible for defining the scope in the different stages of the project
- Resolves design and business issues in relation to the requirements gathered with the relevant stakeholders
- Reviews high level and detailed tests plans/test cases for system integrated testing and user acceptance testing
- Analyses and makes recommendations on associated business processes.

Qualifications

- Diploma / Degree holder in Information Technology, Info Systems or equivalent
- Min 3 to 5 years of experience in the role of Business Analyst in insurance domain
- Job holder must have good understanding insurance business operations and best practices.
- Understands variety of insurance IT solutions supporting business automation, products releases and day to day business operation.
- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and self-initiate, with ability to manage and lead one or more streams of the project
- Highly organised, focused and committed to achieving goals. Sound time management skills, ensuring that work is produced to agreed deadlines and high standard.
- Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines on several initiatives simultaneously.
- Preferably with experience in Claims Insurance.
