. Receive P/O; discuss with customers to fix delivery schedule
. Inform customers' P/O, F/C to Production Control (PC) for making prod. plan
. Work with PC in daily delivery performance (quantity; timing, etc.)
. Issue daily delivery nomination sheet
. Issue shipping documents:
. Delivery slips
. Mill sheets; Product tag; Bring-back sheet; etc.
. Invoice
. Delivery summary list
. Other documents required by customers
. Co-ordinate with related Sections to solve daily related problems
. Daily report the problems/abnormal situations (if any) to Mgr/GD

Sales Admin.
. Issue Consideration sheet for new inquiries
. Submit Spec. sheet, technical documents, etc. to customers
. Pricing & quotation
. Sales policy: discount & related regulations, etc.
. Contract
. Follow up customers' payment

Sales budget &
. Yearly sales & coil purchasing budget analysis
. Monthly sales report
. Check and analyze sales Result vs Budget
. Check with customers for abnormal situation

Sales Expansion
. Marketing & sales expansion
. Make idea on potential market & customers
. Make schedule to approach and develop sales activities
. Follow up new inquiries (make list, update customers' opinion, VSP's action)

Material Coil, Pipe, etc.
. Control the process of procurement of coil, pipe, cold-drawing processing service
procurement

General ISO ISO documents
Others Time sheet, stationery, Risk control matrix (RCM), etc.

Qualifications and Skills requested:
. University degree or higher (graduate from universities of economics, e.g. FTU, NEU, HANU is preferable)
. Good command of English (writing, speaking)
. Good MS office computer skill
. Experienced in the sales & marketing jobs is an advantage
