1. Manage the assigned brand and related activities for Traditional Trade Channel
2. Monthly sales's strategy operating (planning - execution - follow up - feedback)
- Analyst, propose strategies to develop market
- Field-work activity (business trip)
- Communicate with sales team all branches for execution
- Follow up action and get feed back
- Effective analysis and sharing to sales team
- Follow up sales data, report to manager as request
4. Monitor and take actions to improve sales team activity
5. Be a coordinator between headquarter and sales team to operating related activity
6. Assist manager in providing timely analysis and projections related to sales channels
