Mô tả công việc

- Reporting to the Director this Vietnam based role will primarily be responsible for Business Development of Electronic Locking Solutions and Partner Development in Vietnam
- The incumbent will create awareness of and demand for Salto product in all active end user verticals; such as Education, Commercial / Industrial, Institutions (Government & semi Government bodies), Healthcare, Data Centres and Transport.
- Expand the number of RTM partners in Vietnam, opening new and complementary channels to market.
- Propose and implement approved strategic plans to achieve profitable, sustainable and agreed growth in unit and value sales.
- Support new distribution and sales network with continuous Sales, Marketing and Technical back up.
- Manage expenses and stay within agreed budgets

Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility and accountability for sales of SALTO Access Control products in a defined region.
- Personally interact with developers, building owners, architects, interior designers, system integrators, builders and contractors tracking and reporting (through the use of CRM and at monthly review meetings) on the complete sales process, from lead generation to specification, culminating in the supply and commissioning of systems.
- Coordinate and establish new distribution channels as required to satisfy growth and unit targets.
- Develop, coordinate and execute, along with the Director and other members of the team, targeted strategic marketing plans.

Required skill set
- Proven ability to work independently as a member of a close knit team, delivering strong personal results supporting the team to achieve sales, expense and profit targets.
- Fluent in English with demonstrable experience in delivering sales and technical seminars to English speaking sales & technical personnel.
- Ability to digest and then communicate complex principles concisely
- Ideally with exposure to the Electronic Locking or Access Control markets in 1 or more verticals, however a Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or IT background combined with sales experience could be advantageous.
- Able to empathise and communicate effectively across all levels, ie. with Managing Director, Project Manager, Consultants, Architects, Engineers, Distributors, Installers & Technicians.
- Analytical – logical approach to problem solving
- Troubleshoot operational and / or software difficulties and communicate practical solutions
- Make sales and technical presentations at board level, to architects & interior designers, system integrators and consultants as required.
- Assimilate new product information and provide training & support to distributors / end users
- Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Adobe Acrobat skills preferred
- Able to conceive, design and articulate Access Control Solutions that match a customer’s needs
- Conversant and skilled in “needs based” selling techniques
- Capable of producing sales plans that include unit, revenue and cost targets
- Able to plan long term, focus medium term and achieve short term
- Driven to succeed and to provide the best customer service possible

The person
- Young, keen and ambitious; ideally the candidate will have experience within the security industry, however experience in another (related) technical field would be considered.
- It is important that the candidate be able to demonstrate they have built a network of contacts in 1 or more of the verticals where they will be promoting SALTO.
- With a logical and analytical approach to problem solving the candidate must also be able to consider options “outside of the conventional wisdom” enabling them to conceive innovative and unique solutions, within the SALTO framework, that respond to a client’s needs.
- As important as all of the other skills, the candidate must be able to take the “ultimate step” and close the order. They will be expected to demonstrate this skill directly and through project references and their contact client base.
- Be able to demonstrate a commitment to after sales support, ensuring the solution they have sold is delivered correctly, on time and on budget.
- The candidate must have exposure to specification writing and have been involved with projects from conception to hand-over.
