At Manabie, Vietnamese highschool students study both online and offline so that they can enter the university they want to go to. Being the education consultant, you will be our representative to introduce Manabie’s learning method to parents/students.
● Lead a team and develop a plan to achieve the given target
● Educate & train staff continuously to make sure they do their jobs in the right way effectively
● Monitor staff’s activities to achieve the assigned target and measure team performance
● Recognize & motivate sales agents to maximize sales performance
● Explain in detail to parents / students about our product and service through activities as follows:
+ Telesales/ Inside Sales: Support inquiries from new customers and follow-up existing leads
+ Field Sales: Collect leads by conducting events, workshops, seminars
+ Manage free trials to give the best demo of the products to the students
● Develop strong relationships with people who give effect to the decision such as parents/ students/ teachers to maximize referral and renewal opportunities
● Handle student/parent feedback and complaints and de-escalate and resolve wherever possible
● Accept other given duties and involve in projects assigned by management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
● Passion for education.
● University/College degree
● At least 3 continuous years of experience in sales/ business development/ consulting and people management with specific achievements
● Good communication in English
