JOB PURPOSE:
Develop the business of confectionery products in Vietnam market, including but not limited to moon-cake, cookies …
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Expand local market/ Selling moon-cake, cookie or other products
- Co-ordinate and support Marketing Team in brand expansion.
TASKS / ASSIGNMENTS:
1) Selling:
- Looking for new customers (distributors, hotels, restaurants,…)
- Negotiating and keeping close communication with customers to build a good relationship.
- Coordinating with other departments to make sure good products delivered to customers on time.
- Supporting to open new stores at malls.
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
2) Support in brand expansion:
- Research, collect customer’s feedback and report timely to superior
- Update marketing trend and customer’s tastes.
OPERATIONAL EXPECTATION:
- Reach the sale – target set by company
- Report on sales and customer’s status regularly (daily, weekly, monthly, ….) and timely
- Report to Superior immediate any issues with customers, contract, delivery …... Ensure all issues is recorded, followed up and promptly and properly settled.
NOTE: Attractive salary with commission based on successful deal

REQUIREMENTS:
- Background: Bachelor of Economics, business or related
- Passionate about business development. Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Experiences: At least 3 years working experience at Sales position, preferred candidate who is experienced in confectionery industry
- English: can communicate (verbal & writing)
- Computer skills: power point, word, excel.
Note: Package inclusive of salary and commission based on successful deal.
