Sales Coordinator/ Merchandiser

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Senior Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team in The Netherlands. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of EUROFAR / AVT.

**Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the sales team in Holland by managing (delivery) schedules, filing important client related documents and communicating relevant information both internally and externally
• Work closely with TEAM’s of sourcing agents / buying offices in Vietnam whom are representing our clients across a multitude of areas including product development, client meetings etc.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested in close collaboration with our R&D and SCM TEAMS
• Work closely with R&D, SCM, Logistics and SALES to manage client expectations in relation to, offer sheets needs, product development needs, sample needs, delivery needs etc.
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in our ERP system TILSOFT and present reports
• Handle, in collaboration with SCM, the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform clients, in collaboration with SCM, of unforeseen delays or problems with garden furniture shipments
• Monitor, in collaboration with SCM (planning) – on time delivery schedules for clients & collaborate with sourcing to find solutions for delivery challenges
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of client meetings, trade fairs – including but not limited to ordering samples, preparing account overviews, organizing client pick up / drop off etc.
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies

• BA degree in Economics, Supply Chain management or similar
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role (outdoor) furniture, preferably from a buying office/sourcing agent/factory. Preference to candidates who have worked for a trading/sourcing company/outdoor furniture factory.
• Passion and thorough knowledge of the (outdoor) furniture industry in Vietnam
• Comfortable in working in an international matrix environment.
• Good command of English & Vietnamese, both verbal and in writing.
• Good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in fast pace international environment
• Service oriented with attention to details
• Analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills
• Process driven personality with strong planning skills
• Proven ability to work in a matrix environment and comfortable to work effectively in a multi-cultural business environment across various departments in/outside our organization.
• Solid communication and relationship skills
• Strong public speaking & presentation skills
• Familiar with ERP systems and proficient with Microsoft office
