Sales & Marketing Specialist (FMCG)

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

- Plan and execute sales strategy, tactics and activities to expand Panasonic Battery business
- Manage PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) to keep management healthy
- Make forecast and manage P/L (Profit and Loss) with in charged customers
- Generate instore merchandising idea and POSM
- Manage merchandisers to maintain the shop front display in order to secure certain position
- Continuously enhance the relationship with customers, find new customers or opportunity to increase sales
- Communicate and cooperate with other departments in order to improve internal and external process
- Proceed documents like contract/payment/order and other relevant duties

- University graduation, experience in sales at least 1 year
- Experience in FMCG is an advantage, no require long experiences in FMCG.
- Honest, self-motivated, proactive, communicative, innovative thinking, open-minded
- Critical thinking, innovative thinking, data driven thinking
- Love to meet customers, keep in touch with customers
- Good English communication skill
- Have skills for Excel, PowerPoint, Word
