Retail Sales Assistant /executive /supervisor

Q Industries is looking for candidate who have passion in sales, especially in retail of products related to F&B, Hotel, Restaurant, etc. This one should has English efficiency and experience or passion related to these type of products. We are looking for Retail Sales Assistant who standing at front door and consult to clients when they come or call to the supermarket.
This one should has ability to quickly adapt with working environment and deal with clients. We are welcome if you has 1-2 years of related working experience or be fresh to the industry but has English effiency to learn and improve.
In case you have management skill, you can apply to Executive or Supervisor level with higher requirements.

Here are some main requirements of Retail Sales Assistant:
• To understand the philosophy and culture of the company, practice on daily basis during the Q up to support the Vision, Mission and Company Objectives. Keep the brand alive culture and promote its values.
• To participate and contribute towards Weekly C&C Meeting.
• To coordinate with the team approach target customers to sell the products in order to achieve target revenue (both online and off-line).
• To develop and find new customers as well as maintain existing ones being assigned.
• To have a good understanding of the products being sold in Q.ulinary Essentials Store.
• Must be able to explain our products to our clients and answer any queries they may have from stock availability and details of special offers to a product’s price
• To handle complaints from clients and find solutions to resolve the complaints.
• To work as a team
• To restock goods on the shelving and have goods attractively displayed at all time.
• To assist and arrange deliveries for orders placed by clients.
• To do weekly cycle stock count in Q.ulinary Essentials Store.
• To do any other tasks or jobs assigned by Management.
