ONE DENTAL CLINIC is looking to hire a Receptionist. The right candidate must be eager to learn and enjoy working with people of all ages. We offer benefits with a full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving patients at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Making and reminding appointments
- Managing patient records, ensure to complete and up to date
- Coordinating with relevant person/department to handle patient’s inquiries
- Handling insurance claims
- Ordering front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Other duties assigned by Clinic Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Must be available immediately
- No experience required (Experience is a bonus)
- Personality traits: good communication, hard-working, patient, willingness to learn, sense of humor.
