ROLE SUMMARY
The role has responsibility for the quality management of imported products in Vietnam (temperature excursion assessment, complaint intake and triage, market actions) as well as management of the local Warehouse Quality, Quality System, Inspection Readiness and quality management of distributors and suppliers
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• As Pharmacist responsible for new legal entity quality
• Work with cross functional team to set up GSP warehouse
• Responsible for warehouse quality
• Perform duties within the employer’s permitted activities
• Support resolution of product quality compliance issues
• Product complaint handling (build warehouse and product SOPs, solve issues)
• Management of market research actions, including communications to the Board of Health
• Management of the local Quality Systems
• Maintaining a state of inspection readiness
• Local product disposition support
• Report product return disposition
• Quality oversight of local contractors and distributors
• Quality oversight of local redressing operations
• Quality Due Diligence of potential GMP/GDP/GSP suppliers
• Development and maintenance of a quality culture
• Self-inspection of local quality processes
• Participation in regional and global SCMQO meetings and initiatives
• Other ad-hoc projects as allocated by the employers from time to time

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor of Pharmacy, Science or related discipline
• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in Quality or Regulatory in the Pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in manage warehouse quality
• Experience in a Multi-National Company would be highly regarded
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
• Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently, self-manage workload, set priorities, complete tasks on time
• Understanding of local Vietnamese regulations and relevant international ones (eg PIC/s)
• Ability to foster a strong working relationship with local distributors and suppliers
• Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation
• Ability to make fact-based decisions, sometimes without complete information
• Periodically attend teleconferences outside working hours
• Travel to the regional meeting (1/year) within the region
• Travel to Hanoi and other domestic locations as needed
