QC Manager

Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
- Manage quality of suppliers in Vietnam.
- Manage inspection for all shipments, including set up or approve inspection plan; check and approve all inspection reports; Ensure all IR submitted on time.
- Lead in solving and supervising quality issues at manufacturers; Make decision on quality issues at site and submit deviation to customer.
- Lead and promote continuous improvement activities at suppliers.
- Supervising production process, 4M change and control quality in manufacturer, special for initial production. Ensure all quality requirements are met.
- Enhance or develop QMS of suppliers to meet company’s requirement. Develop new suppliers.
- Audit to qualify new supplier and existing suppliers.
- Training and enhance QC team and suppliers.
- Main member of PPAP team

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering or Industrial & system engineering
- At least 3 year management experience in QA/QC and supplier quality management.
- Good English communication.
- Good organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient MS Office, statistic tools.
- Self-confidence, work independently and good making decision.
- Analytical Skills, ability to work under pressure, good communication and negotiating skills.
- Reading and understanding technical drawings and engineering documents. Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA.
- Knowledge in manufacturing process as rubber & plastic industries, metal forming, electronic assembly, etc. will be preferred.
