Mô tả công việc
Job Purpose: Maintain centres and facilities in good condition and on request
Working Relationships:
-Provide assistance and support all departments at centres related to maintenance and general issues.
-Suppliers for supplies purchasing and delivering due to daily activities and projects on request
-Related departments on event organising, renovation projects
-Related departments on other requested tasks
Responsibilities
-Conduct all the maintenance tasks at centre to make sure all facilities [ie. Building, classrooms, tools, equipments, etc…] under good condition as assigned
-Follow the maintenance schedule to conduct the daily check of major equipments [ie. generator, chiller, PABX, lifts, etc…] for promptly conducting of correction and prevention tasks
-Support in organising the events and related department issues [ie. Banners/Poster hanging of MRK & OSC]
-Involve in conducting or monitoring the daily activities and projects on request
-Follow other task from PRM and PE

Experiences in Technical field [ie. Electricity, Water, Chiller, PABX, Construction, etc…], Administration and Office Management

Language: Good English and Vietnamese [Writing, Reading and Speaking]
