Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator is believed to be an excellent team member who takes charge of the execution of the Acceleration Program and other PR activities of VISA.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Senior Program Manager in the administrative duties, day-to-day operations, and the execution of the program. Not only limited to program execution tasks, Program Coordinator is also given opportunities to take part in Marketing and PR activities of VIISA such as marketing strategy planning, public relations communication as well.
Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively assist Senior Program Manager in executing VIISA Acceleration Program outlined activities and curriculum;
Passionately communicate and coordinate with startup founders, module trainers, mentors and experts to perfectly orchestrating program activities;
Enthusiastically study the startup ecosystem, draft and execute PR/marketing plan in relation to the Acceleration Program, as well as other VIISA-related programs and initiatives;
Support the VIISA network overall: guide new staff members, assist in other programs, and develop meaningful and beneficial relationships across the VIISA ecosystem through community engagement;
Perform any other managerial and administrative tasks if required, i.e. billing, documentation, recording, and so on.

Fresh graduates to 4 years of experience in: startup ecosystem, incubators, accelerators, community oriented organizations, content development, training/project management or marketing in both English and Vietnamese;
Strong interest in learning about startup/entrepreneur journey, venture capital, startup investments;
Strong passion in supporting taking startups/entrepreneurs to new heights;
Proven attention to detail through prior work or life experience;
Willing to learn mindset and open for changes;
High commitment, high integrity, benevolent, creative and supportive;
Fluent in English communication
Experienced Content writing, Photoshop Design skill are preferable
