Product Specialist for Ent & Airway

Organize workshops, congresses and live surgeries, which means:
• Logistics arrangement with organizers on equipment required for the event
• Manage MyMediset goods including order required set and coordinate on returning back the goods on time to avoid the late payment fine
• Prepare brochures, flyers and all other marketing materials for the events
• Assist with the follow up of Sales leads after the events
• Assist in the preparation of sponsoring agreements

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team to arrange and carry out live surgery evaluations
• Keep track and provide update report on medical devices on new products and market trends in the field of the required specialities
• Train the distributors, sales personnel and service engineers on new products and operating techniques
• Educate the nurses and operating room staff on how to use the instruments properly
• Manage demo equipment and arrange demonstration to customers among marketing team
• Plan together with the whole team for the annual workshops, conferences and exhibitions support.
• Understand market trends, competitions, local market culture/customer expectations
• Develop new customers, meanwhile maintain close working relationship with current customers
• Tasks and key responsibilities may be changed due to organizational business, process, structure, etc.

• Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
• Experience in reading market trends, develop new markets
• Nursing experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge in sales/marketing and ability to impart products
• Experience in relationship building with relevant contacts and network
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Good command of English is a must
• Willing to take business trips frequently

- 13th month salary + Yearly bonus
- Paid Annual Leave of 15 days
- Company trips + Overseas business trips
