Mô tả công việc

*Job Purpose:
- To support the team in the local markets, bridging distributors as well as customers to the regional headquarter
- To provide market insights and competitor information to the local and regional marketing team

*Key Responsibilities:
- Train the local team and or distributors, the local sales team and service engineers on new products, usage and benefits
- Work with specialty product specialists to align clinical benefits of technical equipment
- Support the local sales team to arrange and carry out key account visits
- Educate nurses, operating room staff and engineers on usage, cleaning and sterilization of the instruments/equipment
- Manage demo equipment and arrange demonstration to customers
- Provide the local and Regional Marketing Team with market insights and competitor information
- Continuously update product information in the data bank, update SALESFORCE and develop effective sales tools (PowerPoint presentations, QNNECT etc.)
- Develop close working relationship with various customers locally and communicate potential key opinion leaders to the regional Marketing team
- Help to plan and organize local events together with local and regional team
- Logistics arrangement with organizer on equipment required for the event.
- Manage demo sets including to required sets from Headquarter and coordinate on returning back the goods on time to avoid late payment fine.
- Assist with the follow up of Sales leads after the various events
- Assist in the preparation of sponsoring agreements
- Any other assignments or duties that may arise out of changes in organizational business, process, structure, etc.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Degree in Medical/Biomedical engineering/ IT studies or Marketing/Business.
• Experience as IT engineering or sales/product specialist in the field of medical devices is a plus
• Experience in reading market trends, develop new markets
• Knowledge in sales/marketing and ability to impart products
• Experience in relationship building with relevant contacts and network
• High interest in future technology for medical devices and big data analytics
• Technology savvy
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to impart product, sales/marketing knowledge, business knowledge, to sales staff and support staff through regular training, motivating, mentoring, etc.
• Able to communicate well, listen and provide workable solutions to facilitate work, overcome constraints and solve problems.
• Self-starter, self- motivator, independent and an achiever. At the same time, is also an excellent team player and able to work very well and co-operatively with different departments with a deep understanding of team dynamics.
• Able to assist in creating and maintaining a harmonious and excellent work environment for fellow colleagues to work in.
• Good command of English is a must
• Willing to travel frequently for business
