Product Manager

Responsibilities
• Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
• Define product development strategy.
• Closely monitor our products’ analytic numbers and constantly give insights / hypotheses about how to improve product, as well as testing the hypotheses.
• Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
• Working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
• Review UI/UX of our products, working with other department to give final decision about it.
• Besides, in this role you will receive training about Sales and Marketing, specifically about listing tokens and organizing offline events.
• As a key leader in our company, you will start to represent VCC Exchange in our partners’ events or public events.
• The next goal in your career path is to grow into Director of Operations, after you have acquired the necessary skills in Sales and Marketing.

• Experience working as a product manager. Candidate needs to have the right product development mindset, analytics mindset, and being familiar with analytics tools and platforms.
• Experience in engaging with engineer teams from a non-technical perspective.
• Proven experience in improving engagement of users in technology products.
• Experience working in sales/marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent English - Equivalent to 7.5 IELTS and above, although we don’t require English certificates.
• Interest in crypto/blockchain space is desirable

** Interview process
• Step 1: You send us your CV and cover letter for screening.
• Step 2: Candidates who are passed CV screening will attend one interview which last for less than 2 hours (Interview will be conducted in English). There are 4 parts:
• Technical interview where we discuss your experience in product development. Candidates are encouraged to give real examples of how they dealt with difficult situations.
• Behavioral interview
• Questions & Answers
• HR procedure: Candidates are expected to share with us current package and expectation (a must)
• Step 3: We will inform you the result within 5 working days
