Job Description
1. Process owner of Fine Blanking process
• Conduct Process FMEA to identify any quality risks
• Development of monitoring/evaluation and data collection system for the vision process
• Issue, maintain and improve workshop documentation for operators
2. Guarantee compliance to safety, environment and working conditions guidelines
• Safety line walk at process and define action to improve
• Assure operators and technicians are trained as updated work instructions
3. Machine and equipment (MAE) involvement: Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and line release
• Support machine installation, start up and running of production processes and MAE release
• Make status report about project progress and and release report
4. Running and improving the Fine Blanking process
• Increasing machine’s capacity by applying TPM and Lean manufacturing tools
• Initiate OEE improvements
• Solve problems and participate in problem solving activities
5. Tracking and maintaining BPS (Bosch Production System)
• Deploy BPS principles to process area
• Find solution for a better BPS concept

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical & Electronics majors preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar processes
• Good command of English
• Understanding of systematic problem-solving tools & methods
• Willingness to take over responsibilities
• Initiatives
