Mô tả công việc
• Managing Print Jobs, Binding or Enveloping works within the agreed turn-around time and the job requirements stipulated in the SLAs
• Operate prepress software to digitally match / sort / collate soft files
• Operate production print devices (primary scope) and binding equipment (secondary)
• Conduct Stock inventory checks and re-ordering process
• Basic Reporting tasks - preparation of weekly & monthly reports
• Perform daily record count reconciliation for audit trail purposes

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Min High school graduate
• Able to communicate and write simple English
• 1 year experience in operating digital production printers
• Experience in operating document management software preferred
• Preferably have some knowledge in basic PC skills, Microsoft applications especially in Excel and Outlook Soft-Skills
• Customer service oriented and good working attitude
• Possess attributes of a team player
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Able to communicate and write simple English
• 1 year experience in operating digital production printers
• Experience in operating document management software preferred
