MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

1. To overall control and administrate the production and maintenance departments
2. To manage and improve main factory KPI such as output, wastages, OEE, labor hour, Kg/carton…. To review the KPI daily with the DPCM (DGM Performance Committee Meeting) and report monthly with the KPI report. Provide explanation and actions plan accordingly to the results,
3. To control and approved production and maintenance cost and expenses,
4. To ensure production plan, storage and delivery of material meet production schedule and customer needs (Purchase order and forecast for all markets) by approving the production planning and contacting Supply Chain department or customers if needed.
5. To report stock and factory capacity to Supply Chain Department
6. To participate to the scheduling of finish goods shipment and material delivery
7. To ensure machinery and building are well maintained by reviewing and approving the maintenance planning,
8. To ensure quality standard are maintained during all production and maintenance processes,
9. To continuously source and review suppliers for cost improvement and factories line improvement / upgrade. To propose investment report or suppliers referencing
10. To support the group in terms of resources and planning in a cost efficiency manner for the RD trials and product development,
11. To recruit, train and appraise team members performances and plan their career and personal development.
12. To ensure all company rules and regulations are strictly applied and participate in their review and implementation (HACCP, Halal, Policy, EMS, ISO, safety…)
13. To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the superior to meet the needs of the factory and group.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

1. PREFER : FOREIGNER MANAGER
2. Education: Degree in any discipline, preferably in food related discipline.
3. Experience: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing with at least 3-5 years in Management position.
4. Technical skills: Food processing, engineering & maintenance, food related quality standards, production planning.
5. Computer skills: MS- Office applications (Excel and Word), ERP or computerized manufacturing system
6. Interpersonal skills: Leadership and management.
7. Language: English write and speak, Vietnamese write and speak.
8. Training acquired: GMP, HACCP, production Equipment training, problem solving and decision making.
