Mô tả công việc
Key Strategic Responsibility and Accountability
1. To represent the company in all governmental agencies relationship management such as creating and sustaining a high level of symbiotic working relation.
2. To positively orchestrate and raise the profile of the company especially amongst its customers and other stakeholders for the company in Vietnam.
3. To coordinate and handle market challenges, media adversary management and on-going front-end market challenges.
4. Support Regional General Manager with the development of country strategy and contribute to country's growth through identification, shaping and opportunities.
5. To drive, lead, coordinate and synergize with diverse teams of corporate backend operations staff and front-end markets operations staff as to ensure their total involvement, productivity and contribution towards achieving the company’s vision, mission, objective, promo & sales drives, marketing or PR campaign etc.
6. Monitoring for all taxes & finance related matter in Vietnam and submit a monthly reporting to HQ.
7. To formulate strategy for network membership development as to increase its range and healthy members’ distribution and diversity.
8. To formulate product development strategy and market penetration / expansion strategies in Vietnam.
9. To provide update and timely recommendation to the management in regard to the dynamic nature of network/market and its developments.

Qualifications: Educational or Experiential Requirements for the Job
• 3+ years of management experience in international companies with the experience of regional sales & marketing experience preferably within the Direct-Selling industry.
• Successfully managed regional teams including office staff.
• Conduct new product planning, launching and promotions, brand management, sales events, training and meeting planning and implementation.
• Strong in strategy planning, analytical and managerial skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Confidence interfacing with all levels of internal and external contacts.
• Knowledge of foreign languages or cultures preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
