Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
a) To handle import and export operations.
b) Process booking and ensure daily activities eg. Comprising documentations, customs clearance, transport arrangement and shipping arrangement timely.
c) To ensure all jobs are captured into the system and billings are according to quotations and costing tally with vendor’s quotations.
d) Responsible for all jobs are closed on timely manner in operations that assigned to you.
e) To take care of electronic customs declarations.
f) To check all vendor costing are according to quotations.
g) Prepare payments requisitions and costs entries into jobs.
h) Attend overseas agents’ enquiries and prepare quotation for nomination cargoes.
i) Coordinate planning, monitoring and ensure operations and documents are compliance to SOP.
j) Identify costs variance and put up recommendations on costs reductions.
k) Any other ad hoc duties that assigned from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
a) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
b) At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
c) Preferably Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
d) Candidate must be a team player, a fast worker with initiatives and a positive working attitude.
e) Applicants should hold relevant residence status.
