- Manage the all information of website/ LAZADA/ hotline
- Answer and respond to web inquiries, respond appropriately to customer questions and logistics, and close the sale.
- Clearly understand and relay the needs for each order. Process orders within established deadlines.
- Track and record all sales activity in the appropriate databases.
- Work with operations department on fulfillment of services. Investigate order discrepancies.
- Provide accurate information to retail and warehouse teams when handing off sales.
- Report frequently to supervisor with summary of activity.
- Communicate in a timely fashion for all sales order confirmation emails.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure all elements of the order, sales, and after sales support are being fulfilled.
- Represent the sales department by participating in interdepartmental teams.
- Interact with other departments in a positive, effective, and supportive manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
