Mô tả công việc
- Manage office leases and office fixed assets, negotiate for the best deals in procuring leases and fixed assets, and enforcing Company policies on assets management.
- Give support in organizing smooth and faultless office relocation/renovation when necessary.
- Monitor and manage the daily work of contractors and tea ladies to ensure smooth operations of office systems as well as office cleanness and tidiness
- Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Provide stationery and office small tools accurately and timely.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies.
- Analyze operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
- Negotiate with suppliers, hotels, travel agents, car leasing companies, stationery suppliers, clean services providers, post services providers, office equipment suppliers etc… to ensure the best corporate rates for the Company.
- Other tasks assigned by the Administration Manager
- Co-ordinate and control the day-to-day activities in accounting department
- Maintain the accounting database and ensure its reliability
- Assist Chief Accountant in other tasks
- Report to Chief Accountant and Finance Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University or College degree
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Proficient in English
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good organizational and planning skill.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to use accounting software (SAP, FAST, EFFECT…), and other office equipment (fax, scan, photocopy…)
- Good working knowledge of the Vietnamese and international accounting principles, and relevant regulations (including taxes, social insurance, etc ….)
- Being familiar with Tax reports, Management report
- Well-organized, hard working, honest and able to work effectively under pressures
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
