For our client, currently heavily investing on their Vietnamese plant based in Dong Nai, we are looking for an experienced PM with good NPI/NPD/Tech transfer skills within complex organisations.
Description
The ideal candidate, reporting to the Plant General Manager and functionally to the Global PM Director, will be fully responsible of the following activities:
* Defines detailed project plans, asks for resources and effectively communicates to sponsors, team members and stakeholders
* Togheter with the local management and overseas stakeholders defines project scope, objectives, budget and deliverables.
* Plans, monitors and manages local projects, NPI and NPD
* Manages priorities and ensures implementation plans are well understood
* Prepares detailed reports, updates project charter and respects the communication plan
* Acts as a coach and mentors junior PM officers or other team members
* Finally guarantees that project are delivered on time, within the budget given, respecting safety standards, technical quality and reliability
Profile
The ideal PM, has a Degree, preferable in engineering field and minimum 5 year's experience as Project Manager within leading multinational of the electronic, semiconductor, automotive or other complex industries. Has deep understanding of Lean manufacturing, owns Lean Six Sigma or Six Sigma Black Belt and preferably PMP or PMI certification.
The ideal candidate is able to communicate at all levels internally/externally and has experience working in a matrix environment.
Is both fluent in Vietnamese and English and is open to travel overseas for short periods.
