Provides exceptional service to customers at all time to maintain positive interactions with good working relationships.
Offer help and provide direct assistance to customers with all matters including consulting.

Performs spa services using safe professional techniques.

Sets appointment on time and provide services in a timely manner.

Complete understanding about all the retail products and available treatment menu services, all well-being services.

Maintains close scrutiny and stock check of all treatment supplies and to advise the Store Manager when stock needs reordering.

Maintain neat and orderly work area consistent with high standards of facility.

Ensure that all customers' needs with regards to sales services are attended to promptly and efficiently by having a continual surveillance of the respective areas in the Sales.

Recommend products and sale products to customers.

Assists with promoting new products and events.

Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations of Brand policies concerning hygiene and health and safety.

Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

* Minimum of 1 years experience in Sales with basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
* Good English communication
* Committed and willing to learn
* Positive “can do” attitude
* Passionate for the cosmetic industry
* Be flexible for working shifts
* Handle complains in a calm and professional manners
