Mô tả công việc

• Performing licensing works
• Provide legal advice on all corporate matters including, among others, M&A, real estate, foreign investment, banking and finance, employment, dispute resolution
• Draft and review memorandums, legal notes, legal updates, contracts and agreements for clients
• Supervise trainee lawyers
• Follow and implement instructions of senior lawyers and partners.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• The ability read, write and speak in English fluently and effectively
• At least five year experience on legal consultancy
• Legal practicing certificate required
• Law firm experience preferred
• Team work spirit required
• Good legal writing skills
• Good communication skills
• Good computer skills
