Merchandising Manager

Work within the division according to business objectives and strategies set down by the management. 
Head up a team of Merchandiser to manage production or offshore areas. 
Ensure a seamless co-ordination with internal colleagues related to production and development issues. 
Regional co-ordination with other offices production in terms of piece good allocation. 
Manage and lead associates within the division to ensure compliance with job responsibilities and objectives, internal co-ordination with departments .
Market research 
Attend and participate in company operational meetings

Understand about fabrics
Good English in writing and communication, Chinese is advance.
Good analytical and problem solving skills;
Strong leadership and good organizational skills;
Have ability in costing, sourcing & development.
Work independently in high pressure.
Good interpersonal skills;
High flexibility for mobility (preferable); willing to travel
