Merchandiser - Quản Lý Đơn Hàng (Experienced/ Entry Level)

- Liên lạc trực tiếp với khách hàng và người phụ trách đơn hàng của các nhà máy, nhà thầu phụ về các vấn đề có liên quan đến đơn hàng.
- Cập nhật thông tin từ khách hàng và phổ biến cho các bộ phận liên quan. Phối hợp cùng các bộ phận liên quan đảm bảo đơn hàng xuất đúng hạn.
- Theo dõi đơn hàng của công ty. Phát triển, kiểm tra và gửi mẫu cho khách hàng. Check mail với khách hàng, theo dõi tiến độ sản xuất các đơn hàng từ khâu chuẩn bị đến khi xuất hàng.
- Thực hiện các báo cáo nội bộ cũng như báo cáo cho khách hàng
- Giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình theo dõi đơn hàng.
- Tìm kiếm thông tin nhà cung cấp, nhà máy.
- Đi nhà máy kiểm tra các đơn hàng sản xuất
- Phát triển sản phẩm mới
- Hỗ trợ dịch tài liệu (tiếng Anh)

• Daily communication with suppliers in VN and U.S. sourcing/procurement team
• Collect and analyze supplier information based on client’s specifications
• Assist with pricing and contract negotiation with suppliers
• Monitor all activities related to production, updating the U.S. team with progress and report any issues immediately for corrective action planning.
• Develop and manage supplier relations
• Conduct quality control inspections at supplier’s location during production and before shipment
• Prepare quality control report for each shipment
• Other tasks may be given periodically, such as translation of business documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
• Translate documents into English or English to Vietnamese.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product/factory sourcing and procurement (Fresh graduates are accepted)
• MUST Strong written and verbal communication skills
• MUST Fluent in Vietnamese and English in speaking and writing

• Ability to analyze and organize information with the most efficient method
• Ability to trouble shoot and solve problems
• Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated and hardworking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, and experience with Gannt Chart or similar program.
