Mô tả công việc
Our client is leading company in garment and textile field, due to the expand purpose they would like to find Customer Service staff who responsible for following up the orders and connecting with clientsL
-Coordinate with salesmen to receive Forecast & PO from customers
- Input PO into our systems
- Update forecast into systems daily/ weekly / monthly and inform factories
- Coordinate with salesmen & factories & customers to fix the delivery schedule
- Coordinate material and inventory plans with logistics team
- Follow up with delivery schedule & send shipping documents to customers
- Follow up complaints, orders, payment from customers and clear in system
- Other jobs assigned by manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
University Degree (Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Commercial/ International Business)
- At least 2 years experience in Customer service
- Detail oriented and customer mindset
- Fluent in English, Chinese is an advantage
- Good organization and problem solving skills
