Mô tả công việc
• Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective material price management and price negotiation. This includes exploring options around pricing consolidation or exclusivity and managing the seasonal price document.
• Guide the suppliers’ material development in line with On direction through our policies, procedures and performance data
• Communicate and manage optimized material choices via physical and virtual tools for use within the footwear Product Creation Team
• Enable both the creative and technical objectives through operational activities including vendor validation and material article validation (testing)
• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing to manage capacity on key volume and/or innovation materials
• Research the manufacturing industry and create technical briefs detailing ‘best-in-class’ manufacturing techniques, technology and expertise

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of footwear materials and supplier management
• Knowledge and understanding for the sport Industry
• Understanding of the product creation process
• Ability to translate lab testing results for end use application
• Excellent problem-solving skills and continual innovation ability
• Ability to anticipate needs, mitigate risks, solve problems, perform research, analyze results and develop action plans
• Self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple competing priorities and independently manage workload
• Fluent English, written and verbal
• Able to travel on a regular basis to HQ in Switzerland
