MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Plan and execute all digital channels: web, fanpage, SEO/SEM, PR, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns - 20%
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - 10%
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - 10%
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - 10%
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - 10%
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners - 10%
- To support Tenants in via digital channels - 10%
- To respond promptly to queries, complaints and suggestions concerning Shopping mall products and services - 10%
- Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Deputy Manager up - 10%

+ Candidate must possess at least a College Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
+ Required language(s): English
+ At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
+ Applicants must be willing to work in AEONMALL BÌNH TÂN.
+ Preferably Candidates specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
+ Full-Time position(s) available.
+ Willing to work in shift: shift A 8:30 am - 5:30 pm - shift C 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm with allowance
