Marketing Executive

Directly Report: Brand Manager

Job Purpose:
- Working as part of Marketing team to build & develop strong brand awareness.
- Make sure brand's annual sales reach the goal with cost effective performance within budget approved.
- Ensure new product development (or re-launch) on schedule and achieve business goals as planned.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist Brand Manager to planning & proposing to the Marketing Manager/CEO the annual marketing plan for the brands
1. Update & analyze characteristics, habits, needs of target consumers of the brand
2. Monitor, update and analyze prices of competing products of the brand
3. Monitoring and updating advertising activities promoting competitive products of the brand
4. Assist BM make and propose a marketing plan for 4P marketing quarterly with the approved budget

Assist BM to make & execute quarterly Marketing Plan 4P for the brand under the approved plan
1. Carry out and be responsible for design, advertising, communication and promotion activities as required
2. Coordinate and lead the activities of all relevant departments within the company to implement the business plan of the brand at the given time

Other regular activities:
1. Plan and carry out market visit on a quarterly or ad hoc basis through the Fieldwork Plan
2. Track the sales of your brand. Coordinate the sales department to solve the difficulties associated with sales report monthly results of the brand through PR Meeting.
3. Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies
4. Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution, and by conducting consumer research
5. Analyze sales data to update a brand or category portfolio, determine new products and delete under performing products.
6. Write reports, specifications and creative briefs
7. Follow up market research, analyze market trends and competitors’ price
8. Implement effective marketing plans through advertising and promotions
9. Carry out testing to launch new products

Job Requirements:
