Mô tả công việc

OBJECTIVES
• Responsible for planning/executing marketing & events and ensuring deadlines are adhered to.
• In charge of all deals with suppliers about sponsoring campaigns.
• Strategize and supervise the implementation of all sponsoring contracts, ensuring the company achieves sales revenue in order to obtain sponsoring money.
• Responsible to organize all internal events at outlets including daily, weekly, monthly and yearly events in coordination with various suppliers and sponsors as well as internal events.
• Provide yearly marketing plans and strategies in line with the sales team as well as monitor all online and print media

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operation
• Have full product knowledge of the facilities offered
• Maintain relationship with internal and external partner / supplier
• Attend the Operation Meeting
• Coordinate activities between all members of the S&M department

2. Market Analysis & Business Development:
• Be aware of the key trends in the market and take appropriate action
• Have extensive knowledge of competitors and what business is booking into the area
• Ensure that statistical data is produced and analyze
• Produce and set yearly events and marketing budgets. Be pre-active in putting forward suggested actions to achieve the targets
• Build up entertainment strategy
• Pursue new market opportunities to increase event sales
• Monitor and control all online and print media in relation to Chill and Air360
• Working with Sales/Events team to develop and update the Sales brochure and sales campaign for events.
• Ensure monthly/yearly targets are being met while controlling costs and maintaining budgets.

3. Account Management
• Be present to meet and greet customers as appropriate
• Ensure that all communications with customers are handled within the required time frame and within 24 hours
• Establish key relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and event agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue
• Excellent skill of negotiating contract
• Organize appreciation day to express our grateful to supportive customer.
• Improving customer satisfaction to create customer loyalty and deliver a positive event experience.

4. Event planning
• Create event ideas, brainstorming with operation team.
• Create event standard and procedures.
• Work on event scheduling for monthly, quarterly and yearly and budgeting.
• Analyze event performance and prepare metrics presentation.
• Define company and sponsor’s brand exposure through events.
• Plan menus, order food, and hire chefs or caterers.

5. Event execution
• Responsible for event coordination activities.
• Coordinate details of events such as press conferences, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, charity events, surprise parties, product launching, business meetings, employee appreciation events and sponsors events.
• Ensure proper event procedures.
• Handle relevant logistics for the event performers: book venues, hotel, and transportation and negotiate fees.
• Prepare invitations and send out timely to all targeted audience.
• Work with guest of honour to ensure all requests are met.
• Drive attendance to the event.
• Ensure rehearsal of performers to perfection before the actual event.
• Liaise with light & sound team.
• Entertain artists.
• Promote the event using flyers, cold calling, and social media as examples of ways to spark attention.
• Ensure staffing is adequately prepared for event.
• Follow up payments to suppliers, vendors for their participation in the event.
• Provide receipts if needed.
• Set up booths, flowers, decorations, and other event decor.
• Sample food, including main dishes and desserts.
• Give final approval for items such as music and menus.
• Ensure event happening goes smoothly.
• Monitor and be responsible for logistics supplies prior to event and clearance procedure after event. Return venue to normal operation.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

6. Sponsoring budgeting:
• Base on annual sales revenue target to work on sponsoring budget need to achieve.
• Identify potential suppliers for each venue, matching suitable trend of products to targeted market.
• Deal with suppliers about sales contract and sponsoring packages.
• Maximize sponsoring budget to support sales revenue.

LIMIT OF AUTHORITY:
• Perform job at management level.
• Work directly with outlet’s head and the Board of Director.
• Be entitled to FOC allowance as stated in the company FOC policy.
