Admin tasks (communicate with tenant and supplier to collect information, material, instruct…) 50%
Paper work (make report, RFA (request for approval), make some list, others…) 20%
Support the training team (some paper work, support to organize the training…) 20%
Other basically work (support other department, instruct our regulation to tenant…) 10%

Bachelor degree
1 – 2 year working experience (Fresher will be trained)
Be willing to work in shift, work in roster with team (Saturday, Sunday, Holiday..) & C shift 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm (about 2 days per week)
Be able to work in AEON MALL BÌNH TÂN
No work experience required.
Full-Time position(s) available.
1 – 2 year working experience (Fresher will be trained)
