ABB Vietnam is seeking a Logistic Coordinator who is responsible for inbound and outbound activities of logistics and transportation. Based in Bac Ninh city and reporting to Procurement & Logistics Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
• Define shipment plan and schedule and ensure adherence to the same.
• Prepare and maintain appropriate administrative documentation and verify vendor certificate.
• Manage shipping, packing and marking procedures in compliance with government regulations.
• Release shipments to forwarders and provide administrative support for export transportation.
• Coordinate with transportation/logistics group for freight quotes, documentation, and delivery.
• Manage import export operations, documentation and ensure adherence in this procedure.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
To be considered for this role, you should have,
• A university degree in Economics/ Business/ Foreign Trade.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in international trade.
• Strong understanding of customs clearance procedures, international trade law, import-export.
• Good command over English communication and strong analytical and organizing skills.
