A Legal Executive is a semi-senior role, and as such has some important duties and responsibilities to fulfill, with both short and long-term goals to achieve. A Legal Executive will have the following tasks and objectives:
● Providing legal advice on legal matters/projects/transaction of the company
● Helping different departments to ensure that the business’s legal and overall objectives are met
● Developing and documenting contracts, terms and condition
● Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
● Determining the legal direction alongside with Legal Director
● Reporting to Legal Director and BOD
● Providing legal advice on legal matters/projects/transaction of the company

Requirements:
● High-level communication skills
● Time management skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
● Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
● The ability to do researching and self-learning
● Experience working to and exceeding targets
● Experience in M&A is a plus
