Mô tả công việc
1. Contracts
- Draft/advise/review contracts and agreements in compliance with the Vietnam laws, DAN policies, and APAC policies to minimize risks and
represent DAN best interests
- Provide legal support on various matters to commercial teams in contractual negotiations to achieve the most advantageous and/or beneficial legal and commercial terms for DAN
- Actively manage the workload, timeline, and communications with stakeholders to ensure completion correctly and timely
- Keep track of and maintain list of all contracts signed
2. Regulatory advice and compliance
- Provide legal and some strategic advice to stakeholders at various levels of the organization relating to DAN entities business to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and protection of DAN’s commercial interests.
- Actively work on issues that arise from day-to-day business, suggest solutions to minimize risks and protect best interests
- Provide support to DAN compliance related matters/ activities (further consultation/instruction by the Senior Legal Counsel, as needed)
3. Corporate/M&A, Business, and Labor matters
- Provide support on various matters on corporate, M&A, business, and labor matters (incl. legal research, document drafting, communications with relevant stakeholders (incl. governmental authorities, external law firms), etc. to support the current business and company expansion.
- Actively monitor the workload and timeline to ensure completion correctly and timely
- Keep track of all corporate documents including powers of attorney, official letters, corporate documents of DAN’s entities, and other documents of legal function (further consultation/instruction by the Senior Legal Counsel, as needed)
4. Others
- Partner with relevant stakeholders (e.g. HR, Admin, Business) to provide support on legal and compliance trainings (incl. attendant list, facilities organization, training scheduling, training materials preparation/translation/delivery, records, etc.)
- Legal updates, and communications notes to the related business functions
- Helps to implement best practices in compliance, contract management, IP, data protection and integration of M&A
- Other tasks as assigned by the Senior Legal Counsel (further consultation/instruction by the Senior Legal Counsel, as needed)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Law University degree (LLB)
- Min. 5 years (legal relevant experience, both law firm and corporate (min. 1 year)
- Skills: strong analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, communications, detail focused, team work, proactive, agile, improvement mindset and good judgement, ownership/leadership
- Language: Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Ethics: Moral, confidentiality, integrity
- Not a must, but a plus: Lawyer practicing certificate; media industry experience; compliance experience
- Min. 5 years (legal relevant experience, both law firm and corporate (min. 1 year)
