Legal Assistant Position – Intellectual Property

SCHMITT & ORLOV is an international IP Firm specialized IP practice that helps its clients with all aspects of their Intellectual Property Rights including the enforcement, registration and commercialization of the same. We have 11 offices throughout Asia and Central Asia, Russia and CIS countries.

Our strong local IP knowledge and broad international experience lets us act for some of the largest multinationals in the world on broad and detailed IP cases.

We are currently looking for a paralegal for our office in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh)

Your tasks will include:
• Legal research;
• Paper work and drafting legal advice to lawyers;
• Reviewing and analyzing infringement cases;
• Assist lawyers in handling with international clients

Your profile:
• Fresh graduate from law university or 1-2 year old experience
• Love intellectual property is an advantage
• Excellent in English listening, writing and speaking;
• Active, pro-active manner, energetic; hard-working
• Eager to learn and willing to do.
