LAB & QC Manager (Work in Bien Hoa)

1. Management responsibility
- To take part in setting up QCD system, procedure and practices to promote a harmonious, safe working environment
- To ensure submission of necessary reports to the management and other data, report requested by the management
- To control the quality system in accordance with Quality policy and ISO requirements.
2. Quality decision making
- Making the quality decision for all Raw materials and Products which are used and produced in the company
3. Non-conformities handling and Problem solving
- Responsible for all non-conformities which is impact to Quality of Products, Materials (Internal and External)
- In co-operation with other departments to handle and solve the non-conformities and
- Report the NC’s to the Management
4. Customer complaints handling
- Responsible for all customer complaints related to Products quality, product performance, packaging and delivery
5. Quality audit
- Perform the audit according to the Internal audit programs of the company
- Responsible for company audit from ISO, Customer related to the activities of Quality Control department
6. Other: As higher level's assignment.

- University degree in Chemical/ Polymer or related fields
- Having experience in plastic, PVC compound.
- Quality management system
- Leadership, Organization, Presentation, Quick Analysis and actions
- ISO 9001 mandatory, ISO 13485 preferred
- English is a must
