Roles & Responsibilities
Together with Team’s members to deliver the following:
• High quality design, code and test implementation in Java
• Work as key developer and/or team leader in project
• Work in team to design large-scale, real-time distributed architectures
• Deliver new features: from specification, through development, QA and into final deploy
• Develop oriented documentation

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Must Have Skills
• At least 1 year experiences in programming with Java
• Good at OOP, OOAD skills, SOA, design pattern, common framework, UML
• Experience in enterprise application /client-server
• DBMS experience: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, NoSQL, etc.
• Good IT background knowledge (software applications development and testing, networking, OS, DBMS, middleware)
• Good at logical thinking and analysis, self-motivated and eager to learn
Good to Have Skills
• B.S degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT)
• Good English communication (TOEIC > 500) is a plus
• Having finance and banking project experience is a plus
• Working experience with Japanese customer is a plus
• Japanese skill is a plus
Personal Competencies
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills
• Problem solver, and team player
• Responsible and proactive
• Ability to work independently
