Detail Description
* General Description
Looking for a Helpdesk Technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on company computer systems.
In this role, you will provide maintenance of the computer desktop/laptop environment, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions and supporting the internal IT Helpdesk.
You will be responsible for internal support of the Company’s PCs, printers, servers and related equipment under leader’s order. The task includes end-user support and performing PC maintenance, upgrade, and configurations.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+This position is responsible for IT Helpdesk and IT Asset Management.
IT Helpdesk
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems, following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
- Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
- Writing, editing, and revising training manuals for new and updated software and hardware
- Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
- Guide other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
IT Asset Management
- Manage IT hardware asset portfolio with respect to risk, cost control, governance, compliance, and performance objectives
- Manage acquisition, deployment, tracking, security, and final disposition of IT assets
- Develop and maintain company policies and processes about Asset Management
- Purchase necessary IT devices when it is required

- At least 1 years working experienced as IT administrator
- Education: Bachelor degree (4 years degree in University) or above, majored in the related fields
* Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Basic knowledge about hardware, OS, antivirus and software with both Windows and MacOS
- Basic knowledge about networking and system
- Skill to communicate by English (Intermediate)
- Attitude to complete missions timely (Responsibility, Initiatives, Well-organized)
- Skill to use various Microsoft software programs (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Skill to communicate to management and employees excellently
* Supervision: Team leader of operation team of HUMAX VINA (Korean)
