IT Comtor (Accelerator)

At Money Forward Vietnam, we are hiring for one Accelerator.
This is a very challenging and exciting position for anyone who would like to learn and work in various fields such as:

- Linguistic
- Analytics
- Testing
- Management
- Sales
- Customer service

Joining as an accelerator, you will have the chance to play multiple roles:
1. Communicator role
2. Accelerator role

In addition, you will have the opportunity to cooperate with different departments so that you can improve your main skills and figure out your potential abilities as well.

1. Communicator role:
- Translate all kinds of work-related documents
- Interpreter anytime when required
- Edit the documents or member posts for easier understanding

2. Accelerator role:
- Scrum master
- Support team members in Vietnam and Japan
- Join in the planning progress
- Ensure the development progress
- Preserve the output quality
- Review the design, function friendliness
- Support answering customers’ feedback

(*). Requires:
- Japanese skill (Professional working proficiency)
- English skill (Limited working proficiency)
- Teamwork and supportive spirit
- Motivation to learn new things
- Skills in Microsoft Office and G Suites


(*). Nice to have:
- More than 1 year of experience as an IT communicator
- Knowledge about the Scrum framework
- Ability to work under multiple situations
- Stenograph skill (the ability to take note quickly, or type computer fast)
- Communication skill (the ability to communicate with all kind of people, know how to work with people who have different characteristics, how to control a meeting, etc)
