Paragon Principal Capital is currently searching for an Investments Sales Manager to be
based out of Ho Chi Minh City.
As an ideal candidate, you a English‐speaking Vietnamese residing in Ho Chi Minh City that is a “closer”, a fast learner who is both intelligent and resourceful and is able to close deals and achieve sales targets. You are goal‐driven and have a track record of sales performance. Your previous experience in investment marketing and sales will have given you the tools to present investment opportunities to potential investors and successfully solicit their investment. You are able to quickly analyze complex information about investments, and distill that knowledge into clear and compelling communication for prospective investors,
Your real‐world experience will have prepared you to understand how to successfully present to Vietnamese partners, customers, and investors and build strong, lasting relationships. You are a strong presenter who is comfortable interacting directly with bank executives, investment managers, C‐level executives and high status individuals, and have the charisma to quickly build rapport and gain trust. Native Vietnamese and proficiency in English is a must.
In the near term, the Investments Sales Manager will mainly be assisting the Director of Investments and Managing Partner in promotion of and solicitation of investors for equity investments into United States real estate development projects, as well as EB 5 and E-2 immigration through investment to the United States. However, in the long term, the Investments Sales Manager will become more involved in other cross border investment transactions in the clean technology, medical technology, and real estate sectors. Candidates with experience in equity fundraising or other investment projects will be given priority, especially in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities:
• Development of new client relationships
• Client follow up and relationship building
• Presentation of project marketing materials to clients and partners
• Occasional collection of research and information for marketing purposes, including comparisons of competing projects
• Assistance with the creation of clear, attractive, and compelling marketing materials
• Liaison with various project stakeholders
• Assistance to the Director of Investments and Managing Partner as needed, including travel as necessary.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum two years’ experience in sales/marketing role. Proven ability to close sales.
• A strong grasp of financial and investment analysis and concepts
• Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, proactive work style.
• Ability to work independently towards a goal, efficiently managing time and resources.
• Motivated to achieve commission based‐sales targets
• Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office, etc.
Compensation:
A combination of salary and sales‐based commission, depending on Experience.
